Bende upuzun uçuş uçuş elbiseler ve çeşit çeşit takım elbiseler alma isteği uyandıran aynı zamanda da bana “Bi’ an önce sonbahar gelse de bu kombinleri ben de yapsam” dedirten bir moda haftası ve onun mükemmel sokak stilleri.

A fashion week that made me want to buy flowy maxi dresses and lots of suits and made me say ‘I wish fall would just arrive as soon as possible so that I can recreate this looks’ and its perfect street style.

MBFWA: My Favorite Looks Part 2

Yukarıdaki fotoğraf ilk günlerden koymayı unuttuğum aslında sonradan gördüğüm bir fotoğraf.

The pic on the top was the pic that I forgot to add actually a pic which I saw later.

Evet, bir moda haftası daha bitti. Aslında 20’sinde bitmişti ama yazının ikinci bölümünü yapmak için biraz daha beklemek istedim. Klasik tespitlerim bölümüne geçelim: Diğer günlerde layerlama/katman katman giyinme olayını biraz daha arttırdılar moda severleri. Ben ki pantolon üstüne elbise giyilmesini sevmeyen insan şu sıralar bu numarayı sever oldum.

Yes, another fashion week is over now. Actually it was over on May 20th but I wanted to wait a little bit more to write to second part. Let’s move on to classic what’s on my radar part: On the other days they, the fashion lovers, leveled up the layering game. Even I, the one who doesn’t like wearing dresses over pants, started to love this trick.

Markalardan devam edeyim: Gucci çantalar ve ayakkabılar da öne çıktı. It-Shoes olma yolunda ilerleyen Proenza Schouler ayakkabılar da yine gözüme çarptılar.

Lemme continue with brands: Gucci bags and shoes were on the stage. The Proenza Schouler shoes which are on their way to be It-Shoes attracted my attention too.

Ayrıca sırt açma detayları, siyah ve beyazın iş birliği -evet, yine- kırmızının arada bir sahneye gelmesi gibi başka şeyler de vardı. Takılan güneş gözlükleri de harikalardı bu arada.

Plus there were things like open back details, collaboration of black and white -yes, again- and red to be showed up on the stage sometimes. By the way the sunglasses were spectacular too.

Son olarak da sanırım boyuna choker gibi dolanmış fularlar ve bacağın tümünü kaplayan bir sürü bağcıkları olan topuklular trend olmak üzere. 

Lastly I guess the little scarfs that wrapped around the necks like chokers and the heels that covers all the lag with a lot of laces are about to be trend.

MBFWA: My Favorite Looks

Avustralyalılar daha iyi yapar….? Sanırım bu görüşü söyleyen birisi olursa katılabilirim çünkü sokaklardaki kadınlar gerçekten biz buradayız ve tarzız diyorlar. Hafta henüz bitmedi ama kendimi durduramadım ve bir an önce yazıyı yazmak istedim. Tabii diğer bir neden de sınavlarımın başlamasına az kalmış olması.

Sokak stillerinden ve trendlerden biraz bahsetmem gerekirse diyeceklerim şunlar: Ellery’e büyük bir destek vardı. Geniş, omuzları açık o büyük üstler bu haftanın yıldızlarıydı kesinlikle. Bu kadar çok giyilmesinin sebebi bence tasarımcı Kym Ellery’in Avusturalyalı -destek derken bu yüzden dedim- oluşu ve tabii ki markasının ve tasarımlarının mükemmel oluşuydu bence. Diğer gözüme çarpan bir şeyse %90’ının klas ve elegant giyinmesiydi. Ayrıca pijama üstleri de sahadaydı, siyah ve beyaz renkler öndeydi, kurdele/ip bağlama detayları çoktu. Kısaca hepsi bence harikaydı ama tabii ki bu yazımda da sadece favorilerimi koyacağım o yüzden incelemeniz ve ilham almanız için 100 fotoğraf seçtim. Bu arada 19 Mayıs Atatürk’ü Anma, Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı’mız hepimize kutlu olsun! 🇹🇷

Australians do it better….? I guess I can agree with that opinion if someone says it because the women on the street say we are here and we are stylish. The week isn’t over yet but I couldn’t stop myself and I wanted to write the post immediately. Of course the another reason is that my exam are getting closer.

To sum up street style looks and trends here are the things I’m gonna say: There was a huge support to Ellery. That wide, off-the-shoulder and huge tops were definitely the stars of this week. I think the reason why it to be worn that much is because the designer Kim Ellery is being and Australian -I meant that with saying support- and of course her brand and her designs are perfect. The other thing that attracted my attention was the 90% of them were wore clothes which are elegant and classy. Besides pajama tops were in the playground, black and white colors were highlighted, tie up details were so many. Long story short they were all great for me but of course I’m gonna put my favorites only that’s why I picked up 100 pics for you to look through and get inspired.

       IMDb puanını umursamadan izlediğim -şey, yalan söylemeyeceğim izlememin bir diğer sebebi Mary Kate Olsen’ın da kadroda oluşuydu- ve gerçekten bayıldığım bir filmden bahsedeceğim bugün, “Beastly/Sevimsiz”den yani. “Beastly”i izledikten sonra tüm peri masallarının en mantıklısının, en anlamlısının ve en güzelinin “Güzel ve Çirkin” olduğunu anlamış oldum. Diğerleri daha çok masalımsı şeylere kurulu ama “Güzel ve Çirkin” biraz daha günümüze ve insanlara uygun bir şey, biliyorum onda da büyü var tabii ama… Neyse ben girişi çok uzatmayayım, iyi okumalar!

I’m going to talk about a movie which I didn’t care its IMDb rating -okay well, I’m not gonna lie the other reason why I watched it because Mary Kate Olsen was in the cast- that I really loved,”Beastly”. After I watched “Beastly” I realized that “Beauty And The Beast” is the most rational, most meaningful ve most beautiful fairy tale. Other ones are much more based on tale-ish things but “Beauty And The Beast” is more suitable for modern time and for people, I know there is magic in that too but… Anyways lemme keep the intro short, enjoy!

The Row Pre-Fall 2016

   23 NİSAN ULUSAL EGEMENLİK VE ÇOCUK BAYRAMI HEPİMİZE KUTLU OLSUN!

     Olsenlar niye bu kadar müthişler? “Elizabeth And James” adlı diğer markalarını da seviyorum ama The Row’un bendeki yeri gerçek apayrı. İlk başta bu koleksiyonun fotoğraflarının tekrar gündeme gelmesini anlayamamıştım çünkü birkaç ay önce Instagram’dan gördüğümü hatırlıyorum. Sonra öğrendim ki editörler ve satın alacak kişilere sunulduğu için görmüşüm. Ama şimdi tüm koleksiyon herkese açık bir hale gelmiş.

     Sezonu geçti biliyorum, yaz geliyor ama gerçekten paylaşmak istedim. Çünkü yünler, kürkler, bereler, bol kalıplar kısaca her şey çok harika. Özellikle berelerin böyle elegant parçalarla birleştirilmesi gerçekten ilgimi çekti. Bir parçada kullanılan ve bu sıralar gözde olan kırmızının da yer alması farklı bir hava katmış koleksiyona. Kabarık ve büzüşük büyük gömleğin üstüne slip elbise kullanılması da hoş bir numaraydı bence. Ne diyebilirim ki, zaten mükemmelliğine alışık olduğumuz The Row bu koleksiyonla da favorilerimiz arasına girdi bence hepimizin.

Why the Olsens are so awesome? I love their other brand called “Elizabeth And James” but The Row has a special place in my heart. Firstly I couldn’t understand why those collection’s pics were highlighted because I remember that I saw a few pics on Instagram. Then I learned that they were firstly presented to editors and buyers. But now they are published for all of us.

I know it’s not the season, summer is coming but I really wanted to share them. Because cashmeres, furs, berets/beanies, wide moulds shortly everything is just perfect. Especially I love the way how they combined those berets/beanies with elegant pieces, it really attracted my attention. Those days’ star color, red, gave unique and different vibes to this collection which used in a piece. I love the trick that which they used slip dress over fluffy, giant and ruffled shirt. What can I say, The Row that we already used to its perfection has its place in our favorites again.
